How WeldLogger Works
Welder scans the assembly barcode or QR code on their mobile device. Job details load instantly from STRUMIS.
Select the applicable approved WPS from the controlled list for that weld. Qualification is verified automatically.
Record weld details, heat input, consumables and inspection status. Add photos directly from the shop floor.
Inspector reviews and digitally signs off the weld record. Documentation can then be compiled quickly for QA and client handover.
